Photographing Greenwich Village - Revolutionary!

I had a bunch of crap to do today, but I stole some time to walk around the Village with Kirsten, and we went to Wogie's for cheesesteaks, one of her specific requests for this visit. These photos were taken with the Vivitar, the same one in the last post, on Kodak 400 film. It says the manual was printed in 1975, so the camera is in fact older than me, but not by much. Most of them are through the long lens.

I gotta figure out what things are called.

For some reason I have in my head that shots like this are called textures. Abstract, shape heavy shots.

This one looks cool if you click on it and blow it up.
